As you have probably heard by now, The Almost will be featured on the upcoming Punk Goes Classic Rock compilation performing Tom Petty's classic song "Free Falling." This past fall the boys went into the Hurley Studios in LA to track the song and the process was documented and is now available for your viewing pleasure below and over at Hurley.com. Check it out to see how The Almost were able to add their own flavor to the song and put a new spin on an old classic.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to play drums like Aaron Gillespie? Well, here’s your chance! This April and May Aaron will be giving drum lessons at All Pro Percussion in Tampa, Florida. All you have to do is call the shop at 813.341.3786 or shoot them an email at info@allpropercussion.com to set up a lesson time. The store is open 11am-7pm Tuesday-Friday and 10am-5pm on Saturdays. No experience necessary, all skill levels are encouraged to sign up. These spots will go fast, so make sure you sign up today!

Aaron Gillespie of Underoath and The Almost will be performing an acoustic set along with sets from Mat Kearney, Bryce Avary (The Rocket Summer), Stephen Christian (Anberlin), and Aaron Marsh (Copeland) among others.
